Installation Instructions:
Windows Users:
ROES now offers a native Windows installer package for Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP (see note below for XP).
You can download the installer here.
The launch.msi installer file will download and the browser should prompt you to run it, please do so.
After it begins, as with any Windows installer, the User Account Control facility will darken the screen and bring up a prompt to allow it to proceed (this may take several seconds depending on your system).
Depending on open Windows such as browsers, some of the download progress bars may appear behind these open applications.
During the install a desktop icon will be created for launching AcrylicPress Pro in the future.

If this fails for any reason you may use the normal Java application by clicking here. If you do not presently have Java installed, please download and install it from the Java Download Page.
NOTE: Windows XP stopped receiving support and updates from Microsoft April 8, 2014 and is not considered secure any longer.
Mac Users:
ROES installation will vary based on your Apple OS X operating system version.
OS X versions 10.10 Yosemite, 10.9 Mavericks and 10.8 Mountain Lion systems can use our native disk image install, click here to download the file.
All OS X 10.7 and 10.6 systems click here to install. If you do not presently have Java installed, please download it from the Java Download Page. OS X 10.6 has Java 6 pre-installed from Apple, but has not been supported by Apple since 2/26/14. Intel based Mac systems should update to at least 10.7 if possible.
If ROES fails to start installing (a Java splash screen should appear, then a download progress bar), right-click/hold the Control key down and click here, choosing Download Linked File As... from the list that appears. In the dialog that opens at the top, select either Documents (should appear as the default) or Downloads if desired and save the launch.jnlp file there. Using Finder, open Documents (or Downloads) and right-click/Control-click on the launch.jnlp, then choose Open. In newer editions of OS X, especially 10.8 and 10.9, a new window will open to approve executing the file (doing so will start the ROES download and install). Once this initial download and install occurs, you should receive a desktop icon to access ROES in the future.
Attention all Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, 10.8.x Mountain Lion and 10.9 Mavericks users:
Due to a recent updates to OS X and Safari, ROES may not open automatically if being run from this start page. Please click here to launch.
NOTE: You will receive a security message pop-up to trust the application to begin. Please click OK/Allow on these to allow the needed permissions for the program.
